Power amplifiers
General Description
MCS-PA power amplifiers are designed to amplify continuous, pulsed and modulated signals in the L-, S-, C-, X-band. The amplifiers are built on the basis of modern GaAs power transistors, which provides high power output in a wide frequency band, high and uniform amplification, wide dynamic and temperature ranges, high linearity of the transfer characteristic.
